  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the electronic device is factory reset, placed in its original packaging, and includes all original accessories, manuals, and protective films.

  Ship to Service Center

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized courier location to be sent to our quality inspection team.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
